What Does the Process Look Like?

I suggest starting with four 90-minute sessions. You decide what we focus on, and we will use proven coaching tools to help you gain insight and take action.

Sessions are typically held over Zoom, but in-person options are available depending on your location.

  • Develop new ways of thinking that enable you to make meaningful changes, so that you can get the most out of all aspects of your life.
  • Recognise that the ability to change your life is within your power. You do not have to make massive changes to see a real difference, the changes might be small.
  • Gain a broader perspective. There’s a world outside of your immediate, intense, and often confined space—what else is possible for you?
  • Discover what else brings you joy and passion. What more can you discover and what else are you capable of?
  • Learn skills that you can use both at work and in life. Coaching promotes deeper thinking and helps you access inner resources that will serve you long after our sessions end.
  • Think creatively about what’s next. Many others have made adaptations that have helped them feel more fulfilled and in control of their future.
