Step 1: Book a Chemistry Call
Before committing to coaching, we arrange a no-pressure 30-minute chemistry call via Zoom. This is a chance to:
- Talk about what has prompted you to consider coaching now.
- Explore what you’d like to focus on in your sessions.
- Understand what you hope to gain from coaching.
- Decide together whether this is the right path for you.
There’s no obligation—this is simply an opportunity to see if coaching is the right fit.
Step 2: Your Coaching Sessions
If we decide to move forward, I recommend starting with four 90-minute sessions over a 12-week period. This gives us time to explore any barriers, introduce new ways of thinking, and create meaningful change.
- Each session is £250.00 and held via Zoom (in-person options may be available depending on location).
- We’ll work with whatever you want to bring to the sessions, using coaching tools and techniques tailored to your needs.
- Meeting every 3–4 weeks tends to be the optimal time-frame, but we can adjust this as needed.
